About the role
As the global market leader in our low-voltage/telecommunications infrastructure space, CommScope is looking to add an Account Manager to our Building Connectivity Infrastructure team. The candidate must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
Responsibilities
- Position and sell a portfolio of premium low-voltage infrastructure copper/fiber solutions, as well as In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems to end users.
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding the customer and specific business units and delivering products, services, and solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Three or more years of account management sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to take action with professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the Houston market for tradeshows, customer meetings, industry events, etc.
Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with a quota of $5 million or more.
- Experience in the telecom industry.
- Experience in the data center industry.
- Experience with Business Development.
- Experience building a professional network.
- Experience with cold calling.

Pay
Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
