About the role
The Facility Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service, quality, and satisfaction. This position involves managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, conducting assessments, and tracking client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth through outstanding service delivery
- Nurture relationships with contractors and suppliers, guaranteeing quality and compliance with service agreements
- Carry out regular assessments and quality control checks, swiftly addressing any emerging issues
- Leverage City Wide's CRM system to monitor client interactions and service effectiveness
- Guide operational teams while ensuring comprehensive training and development initiatives are implemented
- Work alongside internal teams to resolve challenges and execute effective solutions
- Track client satisfaction metrics and compile detailed reports for management evaluation
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facility management or a related field
- A proven track record in client management and business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed; reliable transportation is required
Pay
Base salary $50,000
Uncapped commissions with first year earnings $110,000 plus
