About the role
As an Account Manager in Springfield, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
