Account Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client to add an Account Manager to their team. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide high-quality support for a variety of financial and administrative needs.
• Manage account activity, cash transactions, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses to support client requests and business decision-making.
• Coordinate client projects, asset purchases, insurance-related matters, and other financial administration activities.
• Supervise and support accounting staff by reviewing work, providing guidance, and assisting with training and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or complex client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial record management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other standard business software applications.
• Previous experience preparing financial reports, maintaining ledgers, and processing a wide range of financial transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within a business management, accounting, or professional services environment.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and review accounting work product.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, business registrations, specialized reporting, or professional certifications.

Pay

Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.
