Job Overview

Responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Serves as the primary point of contact, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services. This position is available for Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara.

What You'll Do Here

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, ensuring clear communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering effective solutions.
  • Autonomously resolve complex issues and engage stakeholders as needed.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate to ensure effective product and service delivery (operations, sales, marketing, etc.).
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain a 360° view of the client, considering profitability, marketing, financial management, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales or account management with proven results.
  • Languages: English desirable.
  • Tools: Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
