About the role
You own the relationship after the deal closes — the operator a client calls to scale coverage, review an incident, or structure a renewal. You translate what happens in the field into retained, expanding accounts, and you keep every account healthy enough that renewal is never in question.
What you'll own
- The book — a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Expansion — spot coverage gaps and growth signals, build the proposal, and close the upsell across your accounts.
- Renewals — run renewals end to end: pricing, terms, and the business review that makes the renewal a formality.
- The signal loop — feed field intelligence and client needs back to ops and product so the platform keeps getting sharper.
What you'll do
- Own the customer relationship end to end — set the communication cadence, run regular check-ins, and be the first port of call whenever an issue comes up.
- Run quarterly business reviews that show clients the live value of their coverage — incidents prevented, response times, hours intelligently allocated.
- Own retention and expansion across your book, and report on account health accurately every month.
- Partner with operations to deploy the right team fast — coverage changes, new sites, and surge requests handled without friction.
- Negotiate renewals and expansions: pricing, scope, and multi-year terms that grow account value.
- Turn field intelligence from Lucius and your operators into proposals the client didn't know to ask for.
We're looking for
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales — owning retention and account growth.
- A track record of renewing and expanding enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable negotiating commercial terms with security, ops, and procurement buyers.
- Operator instincts — you stay composed under live pressure and own outcomes.
Based in or relocating to Miami; on-site
Nice to have:
- Background in physical security or SaaS account management.
- Sold or managed a platform with an operational delivery component.
- Early-stage experience — comfortable building process where none exists.
