Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia). The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial flooring experience, with a proven track record of calling on property managers, general contractors, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating with buyout Project Managers and General Contractors
• Building new business and maintaining existing relationships
• Utilizing CRM to manage accounts and sales activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial flooring experience
• Direct experience negotiating with buyout Project Managers and General Contractors
• CRM proficiency
• Hunter mentality with a proven ability to build new business and maintain existing relationships

Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working with various flooring products, including carpet, carpet tile, LVT, LVP, engineered hardwood, floor coverings, and rubber.

• Base salary: $75k-90k (depending on experience)
