We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. The posting includes: description (intro), responsibilities list, expectations (education, experience, etc.) which could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. Benefits listed: competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training, vacation, personal and sick time, opportunity to earn annual performance bonus. Salary range: $80,000-$115,000/annually (DOE). So we have Pay and Benefits sections. No explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "We’re seeking..."? That's part of intro; keep as prose. We need to include location? Not a heading; can be in a short

maybe. We need to include "Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000/annually (DOE)" under Pay section. We need to include benefits list. We need to include responsibilities list. We need to include requirements/qualifications/skills: maybe combine into Requirements section with subpoints? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. But we should avoid thin sections; prefer a few substantive sections. However we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine similar content: maybe have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills), Benefits, Pay. Avoid Qualifications and Skills separate if they'd be thin. But we have qualifications (education, experience) and skills (communication, etc.). Could combine into Requirements section. Let's decide sections: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (education, experience, skills, physical demands? maybe physical demands could be separate but it's substantive; could be part of Requirements) - Benefits (list) - Pay (salary range) We should not include Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Now we need to strip boilerplate: The EEO statement, "Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also the paragraph about "The world's leading manufacturer..." etc. That's company description; is that substantive? It's about company, maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's descriptive. However it's somewhat generic but still substantive. We'll keep it as part of About the role maybe. Also remove "Mandatory PPE’s must be worn as required." That's part of work environment; could be kept under Requirements? Might be considered substantive. We'll keep under Requirements maybe as a note. Also remove "This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization." That's substantive? Could be kept under Requirements. We need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences; we need to check. Let's extract content.
