About the role
Our Event Management -- Incentives team in Event Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join the team. This position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters and works a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home).
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead and foster collaborative customer account teams to ensure our solutions produce desired results for our clients.
- Gather, set, and manage expectations, give clear direction, and hold team members accountable for responsibilities and timelines.
- Produce detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Be an advocate for customers within BIW.
- Embrace and lead change to increase program effectiveness and better serve customers.
- Drive growth on existing accounts and programs.
- Travel to worldwide destinations for site inspections and/or event operations, as necessary (about 15% of time).
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required; Event Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
- 3+ years related business experience in a client-facing role.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $78,000 to $82,000. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
Schedule
This position works a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home).
