Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Prepares for and leads client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity.
- Owns meeting preparation, including agenda, materials, and objectives.
- Distributes clear next steps, owners, and timelines.
- Antspects client needs and proactively identifies opportunities to add value beyond defined project scopes.
- Navigates challenging client dynamics with diplomacy, finding solutions that balance client needs with agency capabilities.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort facilitating meetings with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Deep thinker that’s able to weigh different paths forward, thinking through the outcomes and risks, and recommends solutions to the Account Director.
- Proactively manages up to the Account Director with clear weekly updates on account status, risks, and next steps.
- Serves as the primary day-to-day executer for assigned accounts, owning timelines, deliverables, communication, and task follow-through.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Facilitates productive collaboration between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver exceptional work on time and on budget.
- Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and catching all typos.
- Acts as the first set of eyes on strategy and creative assets, working through edits with the team before passing to the Account Director.
- Tracks scope, hours, and burn rate for assigned projects and accounts.
- Flags scope risk, overages, or misalignment early - before issues escalate.
- Understands how time, staffing, and scope impact profitability.
- Identifies and discusses client growth opportunities with the Account Director.
- Prepares monthly billing/invoicing for Account Director review.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Health, or some other experience that makes you interesting.
- Willingness to deliver and sell.
- Desire to be part of a Good team.
- Experience playing for a sports team or managing the high school play.
- Interest in chess or checkers.
- Ability to make friends fast.
- Passion for making work that does a little Good in this world.
- Open-mindedness and a big heart.
- Curiosity and a quick wit.
- Comfort with the details and a strong attention to detail.
