About the role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Archbright members in a defined territory by connecting with the organization’s business owners, HR representatives, C-Suite executives, finance leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure they are using their Archbright membership benefits to the fullest, and recommend appropriate solutions to support their workplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilizing Archbright best practices, prospect for sales across all Archbright service lines within defined territory.
  • Collaborate with Service Line Leaders and Operations to scope projects, create proposals following Archbright’s processes, and close business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by promptly adding new deals, advancing opportunities through the sales process efficiently, and ensuring accurate sales forecasts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity goals (e.g. calls, emails, and meetings), logging all interactions in CRM for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Members through frequent outreach and timely follow-up.
  • Document Member opportunities in CRM, monitor benefit utilization, and guide Members to maximize the value of their membership.
  • Resolve Member issues and complaints promptly utilizing excellent customer service skills and track resolution outcomes to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the member experience.
  • Connect with Members and promote the Archbright brand through online and in-person networking opportunities and Archbright events.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable to expectations and due dates.
  • High tolerance for change, with an openness to organizational change, continuous improvement, and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Able to provide regular and consistent attendance.

Duties

  • Participate in Archbright connection and communication experiences including creating and working on quarterly objectives, 1:1s with manager, weekly check-in, and team, department, and company meetings.
  • Demonstrate Archbright GIFTED Values (Grit, Inclusion, Fun, Transform, Engage, and Deliver) and support IDEAL principles (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Leadership.)
