About the role

We are hiring an Account Manager in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will contribute to and grow within our business and industrial sectors by building and sustaining high-value partnerships, advancing sustainable growth, and integrating our full range of solutions to add significant value to customers' operations.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture existing accounts and identify new opportunities in alignment with company excellence.
  • Serve as a consultative partner, helping customers integrate our full range of solutions.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones, prioritizing both existing and potential account opportunities.
  • Implement account partnership strategies, including regular business reviews for key customers.
  • Connect with key stakeholders and influencers to understand their needs and support their decision-making process.
  • Carefully manage information across all phases of the partnership lifecycle to ensure healthy margins and growth.
  • Proactively learn about new products and the competitive landscape to remain a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Integrate all product lines into accounts with a focus on adding value, fully supporting our Core Sales Philosophy of customer-centric service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional sales, preferably in industrial environments.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • No at-fault driving accident within the last 3 years.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the welding or safety industry preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales with proven success.

Qualifications
