Responsibilities
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Work with some supervision to provide customer service.
- Learn new skills to advance within the company.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Update customers on current open orders with status reports.
- Facilitate expedites and AOG requests.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Provide a monthly Customer Review of top customers using Power BI.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Aid in order placement and exchanges.
- Aid in collecting payments from prepay and overdue customers.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Navigate through an ERP system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with minimum 1 year Customer Service or Account Representative experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries within established service level agreements.
Preferred
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of aviation products and market.
