Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be based in midtown, Houston and will be responsible for leading and overseeing all assigned print, digital, motion, merchandising, and strategic projects. Qualified candidates will manage all jobs from beginning to end, including attending client meetings, developing estimates and program schedules, creative briefs and contributing to proposals, running projects through the agency, and tracking and amending changes in project scope, ensuring that the final deliverables are within scope, budget, delivered on time, and in line with creative expectations.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of client-facing account service
• All aspects of project management, including all scheduling, pre-production, production, and post-production
• Manage and review profitability of projects and hours, including monthly billing
• Maintain a clear understanding of brand requirements, products, and guidelines for all clients
• Develop a professional and respectful working relationship with teammates
• Provide weekly Adcetera and client status reports and quarterly reviews
• Ensure the quality of work is up to Adcetera standards and consistently improving

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experience
• Prior agency and/or marketing department experience
• In-office position in midtown, Houston
• Provide professional, organized, AS-based experience and insight to projects
• Streamline process for successful project management using Adcetera best practices
• Maintain and standardize estimates, pricing, purchase orders, statements of work, and proposals
• Manage vendor relations, including estimates, purchase orders, and expectations
• Support business development opportunities (proposals, estimates, etc.)
• Maintain and grow professional client relationships
