About the role

AccountMakers has been engaged by our client, an innovative digital marketing and advertising technology company, to hire an Account Manager to oversee ongoing relationships with a portfolio of clients using their advertising and marketing technology platform. This is a fully remote position supporting clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are running smoothly, performance goals are met, and opportunities for optimization are identified.
  • Work closely with internal marketing strategists, media buyers, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results while maintaining strong client partnerships.
  • Translate marketing performance data into clear insights for clients and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and long-term account growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, or digital marketing account management.
  • Experience working with digital advertising, marketing agencies, media buying, or marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong ability to manage ongoing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on campaign performance.
  • Comfortable reviewing marketing metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, CTR, and campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, creative teams, and analytics.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing platforms.
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail in managing campaigns and client expectations.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Benefits

This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$105,000 annually, plus full benefit options including health, vision, dental, 401k and other benefits.
