Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. This role focuses on maintaining strong partnerships, coordinating services, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive exceptional support. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while driving account retention and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cook up with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and account activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Track key performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve account goals.
- Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of account management, customer service, operations, sales, or related experience are required.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities are necessary.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is important.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
