About the role
This position serves as an Account Manager for clients located in Alabama and Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and client management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Alabama and Mississippi.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or client management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
