About the role

This position serves as an Account Manager for clients located in Alabama and Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and client management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Alabama and Mississippi.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or client management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Pay

The base salary for this role is $60,000 per year, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.

Schedule

The Account Manager works a flexible schedule, typically 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work required for client meetings and events.
