About the role

Supports customer success initiatives by managing customer relationships, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Works closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and address customer issues proactively to prevent escalation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the customer organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
