About the role
As the first dedicated Account Manager at Parallel Distribution, you will own the end-to-end client lifecycle for 10–15 enterprise accounts. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for growth teams at top-tier brands, designing sophisticated measurement frameworks, managing rapid-fire communication, and translating complex performance data into actionable, executive-ready insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full client lifecycle for 10–15 simultaneous accounts, serving as the primary lead for kickoff calls and ongoing strategic growth initiatives.
- Design and implement custom attribution setups and measurement frameworks using MMPs like Appsflyer and Adjust to prove organic ROI to UA managers.
- Synthesize raw performance data into high-quality, VP-ready decks that clearly communicate the value of the TikTok Distribution Network to enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bring 3–5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or CSM at a media company, publisher, or martech firm servicing large-scale mobile apps.
- Possess deep technical fluency in attribution tools (MMPs) and analytics platforms, with the ability to lead sophisticated conversations with paid media buyers.
- Exhibit exceptional client-facing polish and responsiveness, comfortable managing high-velocity communication via Slack and leading high-stakes presentations for enterprise growth teams.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform and its impact on consumer behavior.
- Experience with TikTok advertising and distribution strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
