Essential Job Functions

  • Manage consulting and parish programs aimed at increasing parish offertory and/or parishioner engagement levels at parishes.
  • Manage all program related operations ensuring achievement of organizational parish program goals.
  • Collaborate with parishes on related materials and events, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of messages.
  • Aid in ongoing measurement of financial success of in Offertory Solution engagements, both for the client and internally.
  • Develop strong positive relationship contacts at assigned parishes which result in repeat business.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of diocesan organizations and business processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for capital fundraising programs to help parishes meet specific goals.
  • Lead and train parish staff and volunteers involved with the campaign, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure campaign goals are realized.
  • Maintain campaign and program progress, provide regular updates to the parishes, and evaluate and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops as appropriate.
  • Be a strategic partner who proactively offers new solutions to benefit the customers and to help their respective programs.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the OSV management team to include recommendations and business justification for any proposed changes to products and services or additions to products, services and/or strategies.
  • Work closely with pre-production and production teams, administrative teams, and others to ensure timely response to client requests, and resolution of any problems.
  • Cook up coordination of resolution of customer issues in a timely manner, making follow-up calls as required.
  • Use CRM and other management systems to enter orders, track progress, and update sales representatives.
  • Use other tools as needed to provide sales revenue reporting, revenue retention reporting (increased/decreased revenue) and Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Proficiency in handling statistical data to evaluate fundraising effectiveness and devise strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to identify needs and effectively promote products and services.
  • Strong relationship building skills required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Able to set and meet goals without supervision.
  • Technical skills to coordinate training and meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective time management capabilities.
  • Be a collaborative team player.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or communication preferred and/or commensurate work experience.

Required Experience

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • 1-3 years of consulting, customer service or project management experience.
  • Training experience.
  • Proven record of revenue results with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with various organizations within the Church with proven success.
  • Knowledge of business management and proven ability to create plans to achieve objectives.
  • Prior fundraising experience, including fundraising techniques, donor cultivation and strategic planning capabilities.
