Job Summary
Drive account growth by engaging existing customers, identifying service opportunities, and expanding account scope. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service Teams to ensure opportunities are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Route selling approach visiting 30+ Current customers weekly where upsell there are additional services to be added.What You’ll Do
- Proactively uncover upsell and expansion opportunities
- Review accounts, inspections, and compliance needs to identify gaps
- Educate customers on recommended services and solutions
- Generate qualified opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Operations
- Present proposals and follow up to close additional revenue
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools
- Route Selling Approach
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
- Strong ability to identify and close expansion opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with strong follow-through
- Independent and team-oriented
- CRM experience preferred
