About the Role
Rag & bone is seeking an Account Executive to join our women's ready-to-wear team. This role supports the VP of Sales with daily reporting, account communication, and strategy development. We are looking for a detail-oriented, passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly sales reporting and prepare business analytics to build commercial plans and seize opportunities to increase sell-in and sell-out.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to maximize business development and return on investment.
- Prepare and review wholesale targets for designated accounts in collaboration with the commercial and planning teams.
- Manage Saks Global and Neiman Marcus accounts, ensuring monthly shipping targets are met.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities and support the development of Assistant Account Executives.
- Facilitate market setup, including managing market temps, samples, showroom, and models.
- Engage with sales associates in stores to drive performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal, account-specific marketing plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis and articulate product needs for merchandising.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales, with strong knowledge of retail math and the contemporary market.
- Experience in key account management; Saks & Neiman Marcus experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in an organized manner.
- Highly proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage product assortments.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (D.365, SAP, Blue Cherry).
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks efficiently.

Pay
The target salary for this role is between $85,000 and $95,000, based on candidate experience and expectations.
Schedule
This role is in-office, 4 days a week.
