Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from new and existing clients through strong relationships and credibility with key executives.
  • Possess business development, needs analysis, solutions development, contract securing, implementation, and account management experience.
  • Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities that leverage the company's successes and maximize cross-selling into Managed Print Services (MPS) and other document management and ITS solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisor on solutions addressing client business challenges.
  • Develop and implement account strategies and services, managing customer service and performance.
  • Maintain professional relationships aligned with core values, prepare proposals, and manage customer and prospect data.
  • Present proposals professionally and effectively, expand products and services within current accounts, and manage customer data in the company's database.
  • Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives, demonstrating business maturity, consultative skills, customer service focus, teamwork, resource leveraging, and overall business drive.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, including business development, needs analysis, and account management.
  • Experience in forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • Strong understanding of managed print services (MPS) and other document management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key executives.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with document management systems and technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trust and rapport.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
