Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a proven track record of sales success.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities while increasing market share with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Develop strategic plans to drive territory growth and ensure seamless patient referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as outlined by the sales manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate patient referrals and gather necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of proven sales experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior infusion medication sales experience is required.
  • An established and transferable book of business is necessary.
  • Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts is essential.
  • The ability to identify, qualify, and close accounts is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Experience making multiple referral calls to medical professionals daily is beneficial.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving abilities, and presentation skills are key.
  • The ability to work effectively as a team member and develop productive working relationships is important.
  • Proficiency in using company email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office products, and company self-service payroll software is necessary.
  • Basic mathematical computation skills are required.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule
