About the role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience selling into the real estate ecosystem, including title insurance, mortgage lending, escrow, settlement services, real estate technology, or related industries. The ideal candidate understands the Connecticut real estate market, enjoys developing strategic partnerships, and has a proven ability to grow revenue through business development and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Support and grow the client's Connecticut operations, focusing on Fairfield County and surrounding markets.
- Sell into the real estate ecosystem, including title insurance, mortgage lending, escrow, settlement services, real estate technology, or related industries.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Understand the Connecticut real estate market.
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the following: title insurance sales or business development, real estate services sales, mortgage lending or mortgage-related sales, escrow or settlement services, real estate technology (PropTech) sales, business development roles supporting attorneys, lenders, Realtors®, developers, or real estate investors, or account management or territory management within the real estate transaction lifecycle.
- Strong networking skills and market knowledge.
- Proven ability to grow revenue through business development and client retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
