This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in Central & North FL, New England Area, Fort Worth/Dallas, TX, or North Carolina.

About the role

EOLA Power is one of the fastest-growing critical power companies in the United States and an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company (2025). We service UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure for hospitals, industrial facilities, municipalities, and data centers.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Tier 2 Power Systems Senior Account Executive Role.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
  • Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
  • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy

In-person expectations:

  • Meeting clients
  • Visiting sites
  • Attending tradeshows or events
  • Traveling your territory
  • Engaging in revenue-producing activity

If you're not in front of customers, you're with us, learning, preparing, and building toward being in front of customers.

Requirements

You don’t need UPS experience to succeed — but you DO need to be:

  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Organized and disciplined
  • Comfortable in industrial environments
  • Strong at communication and relationships
  • Driven to build a career in a high-growth industry
  • Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.)

Bonus experience:

  • Industrial or technical sales
  • Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
  • Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)
  • Selling PM contracts or technical services

Pay

OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)
