What You’ll Do
- Possess the ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers and customers
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and daily activity tracking
- Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers to maximize profitability
- Coordinate freight movements and ensure successful execution from pickup through delivery
- Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment visibility and solutions
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to support customer growth
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous freight brokerage, logistics sales, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
- Experience working in a metrics-driven sales environment is a plus
