About the role
Core Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for your region — from SDR-sourced demo calls through discovery, technical evaluation, security/compliance review, contracting, and close
- Partner closely with SDRs, converting their qualified demo calls into a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and providing feedback to sharpen targeting
- Sell into three buyer types — independent and chain pharmacies, health systems, and pharmaceutical companies — adapting your message to each
- Run a disciplined process that surfaces real operational pain, builds multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, and creates genuine urgency
- Serve as a category educator on voice AI and agentic automation in conversations with clinical, operations, IT, and executive buyers
- Hold your own with technical and security stakeholders on integration (Epic, athenahealth, Liberty/RedSail) and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITECH)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy so the business can plan around your pipeline with confidence
- Relay market feedback from prospects to inform product roadmap, positioning, and competitive strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of consistent quota attainment
- Demonstrated ability to convert qualified inbound/SDR-sourced demos into closed-won revenue
- Comfort navigating clinical, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders within a single deal
- Based within the Southern United States (Texas, the Gulf Coast, the Southeast, and the broader Sun Belt) and able to work effectively in a fully remote setting
- Willingness and ability to travel ~50% to trade conferences and customer sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into pharmacies, health systems, or pharmaceutical companies
- Familiarity with healthcare AI, voice automation, clinical workflow, prescribing, or pharmacy technology
- Understanding of how healthcare organizations evaluate third-party clinical infrastructure, including security, compliance, and integration review
- An existing network across healthcare and pharma buyers in the East Coast region
- Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage company where the playbook is still being refined
- Experience displacing an entrenched incumbent or replacing a manual/legacy process
