About the role
Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). It aims to address the challenges faced by finance teams, such as data scattered across multiple systems and extensive time spent reconciling data.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to ensure engagement with suitable prospects
- Understand each prospect’s financial setup to identify how Aleph can benefit them
- Deliver personalized demos tailored to lean, 1-2 person finance teams
- Manage the full sales cycle and coordinate with internal resources to close deals
- Negotiate and close deals quickly, given the fast-moving nature of SMB deals
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve Aleph
Requirements
- At least 1 year of B2B SaaS closing experience or a strong track record of rapid advancement in sales
- Experience selling to founders, Heads of Finance, and CFOs at early-stage companies
- Process-driven, organized, and adept in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Intellectually curious and interested in business, with a knack for problem-solving
Qualifications
- Proven ability to exceed quotas in the $20k-$60k annual contract value (ACV) range
- Comfortable selling to a variety of stakeholders, including founders and finance leaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Exceptional sales skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals quickly
- Knowledge of FP&A processes and tools
- Understanding of early-stage company dynamics
