Account Executive Sales Home Health

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, tenured, and well-networked Account Executive to drive results in our Palm Beach Territory. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services for Medicare and Private Duty Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-services, presentations, educational sessions, and host or attend relevant events to introduce home health care services to physicians, patients, families, facility staff, and other referral sources.
• Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning as needed.
• Perform initial territory market analysis and develop required business development plans quarterly and annually.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate all marketing and sales activities for the company’s services.
• Establish and cultivate new business referral sources consistently.
• Maintain current relationships with referral sources.
• Meet regularly with the clinical team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
• Previous healthcare sales experience preferred, such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, or prior experience as a clinical liaison.
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to represent the company’s service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required.
