We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Eligibility" maybe? It's not a listed heading but could be part of Requirements? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content. We need to decide which sections to include. Content includes: - Intro paragraph about role: "Strategy is easy to write and hard to execute..." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: Own full sales cycle, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, close; run sharp discovery; tailor demos; build account and deal strategies; generate own pipeline; run business in Salesforce etc; partner with CS, Implementation, Product, Marketing; share market insights; set standard for junior AEs and BDRs. - How success is measured: Quota attainment (ARR + services revenue), self-sourced pipeline, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy. Could be part of Responsibilities or a separate "Performance metrics" but not in allowed headings. Could be under Responsibilities or maybe "Qualifications"? Probably better to include under Responsibilities as a bullet. - What You Bring: qualifications/requirements: 2-5 years consultative B2B/SaaS sales with proven track record hitting quota; proven full-cycle ownership; strong discovery, demo, presentation, negotiation skills; history of self-sourcing pipeline and building trust with senior decision-makers; sound independent judgment on deal strategy; Salesforce proficiency; selling SaaS or complex solution to mid-market and enterprise (preferred); experience in strategy, performance, or KPI management (Preferred); Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Who You Are: traits: Hungry, Humble, Decisive, Clear communicator, Organized and curious, AI-fluent. Could be under "Skills" or "Qualifications"? Might be "Skills" or "Attributes". The allowed headings include Skills. So we could put those under Skills. - The details: Location: Fully remote, but must live and work in Virginia or Maryland. Team meetups monthly/quarterly. Compensation: $70k-$90k base, plus uncapped commission, performance-based bonus. OTE: $150k. Benefits: 100% paid health and dental insurance, 401(k), open vacation, sick and personal time, real investment in professional development and mentorship. Why ClearPoint: startup energy etc. Our values (list). Eligibility: Must live and work in VA or MD; must pass I-9; no visa sponsorship; background check etc. This is more like Requirements/Qualifications? Actually location and eligibility are requirements. Could be under Requirements. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO statement, Physical Requirements, Powered by JazzHR, etc. Also remove application instructions like "Interested? Please read this posting carefully..." etc. Also remove "Pre-Employment Background Checks" etc? That's legal boilerplate; should remove. Also remove "EEO Statement". Also remove "Physical Requirements". Also remove "Powered by JazzHR". Also remove "Offer contingent on successful background and reference checks" etc. Also remove "This description covers the core of the role but isn't exhaustive; duties may evolve over time." That's boilerplate. We must preserve all substantive information: location, compensation, benefits, values, etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties + success measurement), Requirements (experience, education, location eligibility), Skills (traits, AI-fluent, etc), Benefits (compensation, benefits, perks), maybe Pay? But compensation already in Benefits? Could separate Pay and Benefits. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can have Pay section with base salary range, OTE, uncapped commission, performance-based bonus. Benefits section with health, dental, 401k, vacation, professional development, etc. Also maybe "Schedule"? Not mentioned; remote, but no schedule specifics. So we should not include Schedule heading. We also have "Why ClearPoint" and "Our values". Could be under "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to include as a separate section like "About ClearPoint" but not allowed headings. The allowed headings list is examples, not exhaustive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties and success measurement. - Requirements: experience, education, location eligibility, work authorization, background check? But background check is legal; maybe we can include under Requirements as "Must pass I-9 federal work authorization; must live and work in VA or MD; background check required." However background check is boilerplate legal; but it's a requirement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background check might be considered legal boilerplate. But it's also a condition of employment. Might be considered legal. Safer to remove it? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. So we should remove background check lines. Also remove EEO statement. So Requirements: 2-5 years consultative B2B/SaaS sales with proven track record hitting quota; proven full-cycle ownership; strong discovery, demo, presentation, negotiation skills; history of self-sourcing pipeline and building trust with senior decision-makers; sound independent judgment on deal strategy; Salesforce proficiency; selling SaaS or complex solution to mid-market and enterprise (preferred); experience in strategy, performance, or KPI management (Preferred); Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Must live and work in Virginia or Maryland. - Skills: traits: Hungry, Humble, Decisive with incomplete information, Clear communicator, Organized and curious, AI-fluent (use AI in day-to-day). Also maybe "Strong independent judgment" already in Requirements; but we can keep. - Pay: base salary $70,000–$90,000, uncapped commission, performance-based bonus, OTE $150,000. - Benefits: 100% paid health and dental insurance, 401(k), open vacation, sick and personal time, real investment in professional development and mentorship, referral bonuses, team offsites, company volunteer days, startup energy, great colleagues and customers (maybe these are more Why ClearPoint). But we can include benefits as listed: health/dental, 401k, vacation, professional development. Also mention "Why ClearPoint: startup energy with chance to make impact, genuinely great colleagues and customers, referral bonuses, team offsites, company volunteer days". Those are more cultural perks; could be under Benefits. - Possibly also "Schedule": Not specified; remote but no schedule; we should not include. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

Strategy is easy to write and hard to execute. ClearPoint is the platform that helps organizations actually do it — and we're hiring an Account Executive to bring that to the leaders who need it most. You'll own the full consultative sales cycle end to end (discovery, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and close) selling to executives at municipalities, state agencies, banks, utilities, healthcare systems, and mid-to-large businesses. You'll carry a real revenue target and a self-sourced pipeline goal, backed by strong teammates, direct access to leadership, and an uncapped, incentive-heavy comp plan. We bring the support; you bring the judgment, urgency, and accountability to turn qualified opportunities into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from strategic discovery through demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Run sharp discovery with executives and buying groups to understand their priorities, decision process, and definition of success
  • Tailor demos to show how ClearPoint delivers the outcomes each customer values most
  • Build clear account and deal strategies (stakeholder maps, competitive positioning, risks, next steps) and stay ahead of deal risk to keep momentum
  • Generate your own pipeline alongside what BDRs and Marketing bring you
  • Run your business in Salesforce (plus Gong, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo) with clean forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing to ensure clean hand-offs after close
  • Share market and competitive insights with leadership
  • Set the standard for junior AEs and BDRs by modeling strong sales habits, sharing what’s working, and serving as a resource and mentor to the team
  • How success is measured: Quota attainment (ARR + services revenue), self-sourced pipeline, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of consultative B2B / SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting or beating quota
  • Proven full-cycle ownership, from discovery to close
  • Strong discovery, demo, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A history of self-sourcing pipeline and building trust with senior decision‑makers
  • Sound independent judgment on deal strategy and prioritization across many opportunities
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Selling SaaS or another complex business solution to mid‑market and enterprise organizations (preferred)
  • Experience in strategy, performance, or KPI management (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must live and work in Virginia or Maryland

Skills

  • Hungry — you want the work, the learning, and the win
  • Humble — you ask questions, take feedback, and don't fake expertise
  • Decisive with incomplete information — you form a view, defend it, and adjust when the facts change
  • A clear communicator — you write well, listen, and explain things simply
  • Organized and curious — you juggle a portfolio without dropping balls, and you always want to know why
  • AI‑fluent — you already use AI in your day‑to‑day

Pay

  • Base salary: $70,000–$90,000
  • Uncapped commission
  • Performance‑based bonus
  • On‑target earnings (OTE): $150,000

Benefits

  • 100% paid health and dental insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Open vacation, sick and personal time
  • Real investment in professional development and mentorship
  • Referral bonuses
  • Team offsites
  • Company volunteer days
  • Startup energy with the chance to make an impact from day
