Account Executive - Remote (OH & KY)

For our client, we are seeking a Account Executive - Remote (OH & KY) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support a fast-moving sales and client service function focused on quoting, pipeline management, and carrier coordination. The ideal candidate will help drive efficient proposal execution, strengthen client communications, and keep internal stakeholders aligned across onboarding, administrative support, and revenue tracking. This is a highly organized, detail-oriented opportunity for someone who can balance commercial execution with strong relationship management in a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Support the RFP and quoting process, and manage the pipeline with clients and carriers Prioritize the RFP pipeline and communicate status updates to broker clients Develop content for client and carrier meetings, including presentations and training materials Assist in tracking and reconciling book of business revenue Provide administrative support to consultants, including travel arrangements and event coordination Manage relationships with carriers Assist with new client onboarding and small-market consulting Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Valid life and health insurance license required Practical knowledge of the quoting process and related tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health and wellbeing benefits Retirement and financial benefits Paid time off Overtime pay for non-exempt employees Robust learning and development programs Reimbursement of job-related expenses Employee perks and discounts Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
