Account Executive (Remote)
About the role
You run the full cycle for East Coast and Midwest accounts from first outreach to signed contract, build the regional partner network with suppliers and integrators, and travel into the automotive and industrial corridors each quarter to be in the room when it counts. You stay close to the Seattle founders and feed what you learn in the field back into the sales motion.
Responsibilities
- Runs the full cycle for East Coast and Midwest accounts from first outreach to signed contract
- Buys the regional partner network with suppliers and integrators
- Travels into the automotive and industrial corridors each quarter to be in the room when it counts
- Stays close to the Seattle founders and feeds field insights back into the sales motion
Requirements
- Full-cycle seller with three to six years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Familiarity with industrial buyers, such as OEM procurement, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder committees
- Experience working with AI natively, including Empwr.ai
- Self-managed and based in the ET or CT zone
- Direct relationships in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing, or time at a vendor like PTC, Siemens, ANSYS, or Bentley
Qualifications
You are based in the ET or CT zone. Direct relationships in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing, or time at a vendor like PTC, Siemens, ANSYS, or Bentley, are strong pluses.
Skills
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of industrial and automotive markets
- Experience with AI and SaaS technologies
Benefits
On-target earnings run $200,000 to $240,000 against a $100,000 to $140,000 base, with commission that rewards performance over tenure. You own your territory and your results with a direct line to the founders, and your field insight shapes product and go-to-market strategy.
Pay
$100,000 to $140,000 base, $200,000 to $240,000 OTE
