Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic market plan to drive revenue growth and expand Perion's presence.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key advertising agencies and direct clients, consistently presenting Perion's comprehensive suite of digital advertising services and solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns, collaborating on media planning, guiding creative development discussions, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market while strategically managing and optimizing existing client accounts to maximize investment and achieve mutual success.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Planning to develop compelling and strategic proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Partner with the Client Services team to meticulously monitor client campaign performance, providing strategic insights, identifying areas for optimization, and communicating results effectively.
Profile and Experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the advertising industry with 3+ years in advertising sales; digital advertising experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, mobile and digital platforms, branded content and programmatic.
- Strong understanding of the ad tech landscape.
- Experience building relationships with advertising agencies and clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform against quotas in a competitive market.
- Experience uncovering new business opportunities through diligent prospecting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outgoing and energetic personality that can adapt to dynamic environments.
- Extremely organized, driven and motivated.
- Willing and able to travel.
Pay
Salary: $115,000-$130,000 plus Commission
