About the role
XiFin is seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Executive, Pharmacy Solutions to grow our footprint in the pharmacy market. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role that requires a sophisticated blend of consultative sales skills, pharmacy industry knowledge, and financial and operational acumen.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across mid-market retail pharmacy chains and independent specialty pharmacy accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build a deep understanding of each prospect's operational and financial challenges, and position XiFin pharmacy solutions as a measurable value driver
- Manage a qualified pipeline to meet or exceed annual sales quotas and key performance metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Cross-sell into existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring customers are fully leveraging XiFin's capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product to support a smooth handoff from pre-sale to onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Stay current on pharmacy market trends, reimbursement dynamics, and competitive positioning to sharpen selling strategies

- Familiarity with pharmacy operations, reimbursement workflows, or revenue cycle concepts is a significant advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong organizational skills to manage pipeline and forecasting
- Experience giving polished, audience-appropriate client presentations in both in-person and virtual settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare technology, electronic health record, pharmacy services, or revenue cycle management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals in a mid-market or enterprise environment
- Experience selling to retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or health system customers strongly preferred
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations, reimbursement workflows, or revenue cycle concepts is a significant advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong organizational skills to manage pipeline and forecasting
- Experience giving polished, audience-appropriate client presentations in both in-person and virtual settings

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role is: $68,000-$85,000 plus variable compensation tied to achievement incentives. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
Schedule
This is an onsite position that will be located in either our Dallas, TX, Charleston, SC or San Diego, CA office.
