Account Executive (Outside Sales)

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a field-based sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships
• Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Conduct in-person meetings and territory visits daily
• Serve as the primary contact for client relationship management
• Partner with internal teams to support client satisfaction and service excellence
• Track account activity, territory growth, and sales performance metrics
• Assist with client concerns and account escalations as needed

Qualifications

• Outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a sales territory independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission & Bonus Opportunities
