About the role
The Account Executive – Territory is responsible for growing and maintaining business within the Upland region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in print and/or digital advertising.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell PennySaver products within an assigned geographic area.
- Pursue sales leads and visit existing and new customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate print and digital products.
- Develop marketing plans, sales presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Manage customer accounts through professional account management skills.
- Maintain accounts in good business standing, including timely collections and contract execution.
- Deliver high-quality advertising production, ensuring less than 1% error rate.
- Create a local presence in the assigned territory community.
- Attend relevant merchant association and Chamber of Commerce meetings.
- Adhere to production deadlines and advertising copy requirements.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- One year related sales experience in Outside Sales.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
