Account Executive - Orlando, FL (Entry Level)

Job Description

Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Orlando for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 3 days a week, non-field days are worked from home. A valid driver’s license is required.

This Account Executive (AE) role would typically filled by someone with 5 years' experience however we have proven success in our onboarding, sales enablement partners and solution training that we can hire entry level sales minded individuals who can turn best in class training into a lucrative and rewarding career. This is more than just an AE level role — it’s a structured pathway into a high-earning sales career, backed by world-class training, mentorship, and real opportunity.

While some prior sales experience is helpful, no prior sales experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (3 days/week)

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based near Orlando with local travel to customer sites 3-4 times per week.

Compensation & Perks

• Year 1 OTE: $110,000
• Base Pay: $55,000
• Targeted Commissions: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission -your performance = your paycheck
• Total Package: Base Salary + Commissions + Monthly Car Allowance + mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.
