Account Executive (On-Site or Remote)
About the role
As the Account Executive, you will be the dedicated first point of contact for clients and will collaborate with various departments internally to proactively ensure client satisfaction with OccuNet's services. This involves assisting clients to understand the services we provide and working alongside them to explore and consult on opportunities to improve discounts, member experience, and overall results with our products. The Account Executive partners closely with clients to help them interpret reporting, identify opportunities to improve discounts and exposure, enhance member experience, and drive overall program performance.

A Day in the Life
- Attend and facilitate meetings with clients and partners to address ongoing needs and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated operational, provider, and member issues.
- Collaborate with the Account Coordinator to ensure timely client follow-ups.
- Analyze client reporting and trends related to claims processing, negotiations, and balance billing to identify improvement opportunities.
- Communicate client expectations, feedback, and workflow updates to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to address inquiries and proactively identify process improvements.
- Communicate client needs effectively across departments to drive better outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and present client data to highlight key performance trends and insights during client renewals and business reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and organizational information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience in reference-based pricing, self-funded plans, and fully insured plans is required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships (employer groups, brokers, TPA, and insurance carriers).
