Account Executive, Mid-Market US
About the role
We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in helping us win in the mid-market and shape our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving impactful sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
- Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
- Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals
- Run structured discovery and value-based demos
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of closing experience (Commercial / Mid-Market)
- Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills
- Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (DevOps / dev tools a big plus)
- Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable “Get stuff done” mentality with strong ownership mindset
Qualifications
While not specified, candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of success in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment. Technical proficiency and a deep understanding of DevOps and development tools are preferred.
