About the role
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market team in Miami. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and presentations.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
