About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market team in Miami. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and presentations.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
