Responsibilities
- Produce strong first drafts of messaging deliverables, including core messages, toplines, proof points, dos and don’ts, and channel‑specific variants.
- Translate a message framework into channel‑ and messenger‑appropriate language: for example, a headline, a Reel, a 30‑second spot, and an op‑ed using a consistent voice.

- Contribute to message frameworks, narrative arcs, verbal identity, and executive voice guidelines under the direction of senior team members.
- Support the Insights & Analysis work that messaging is built on, including desk research, media and social scans, landscape reviews, and stakeholder interview notes, and proactively flag observations that could shape the messaging and framing.
- Partner with the Visual Content, Digital, Advertising, Earned Media, and Thought Leadership teams so messaging holds up in execution, including writing alongside design, motion, and video.
- Help draft messages for testing and/or focus groups.
- Contribute to message training and prep materials that help clients, spokespeople, and coalition partners deliver with clarity and confidence.
- Turn around rapid‑response language when the news cycle demands it, grounded in the overall strategy and core messaging.
- Manage timelines, trackers, and deliverables across multiple accounts with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Contribute to internal messaging tools, templates, and team‑wide learnings, and stay current on the campaigns,
