Account Executive - MarianaTek - Spanish Speaking
About the role
Join our Mariana Tek division as an Account Executive to make a real impact every day. In this revenue-generating role, you’ll help us scale our client base while owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Developing sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Moving leads from a qualified prospect to a closed customer.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
- Leading an effective sales process and closing new business.
- Generating leads, nurturing and converting new business.
- Optimizing conversion of marketing generated opportunities.
- Identifying customer needs and successfully positioning solutions with executive alignment.
- Having a consistent track record of above-target performance, especially in a startup environment.
- Managing high velocity and high complexity deals in a mid-market business environment.

- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations skills, PowerPoint and software demonstrations.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Competitive, and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced working environment and a team player.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct Software Sales Experience.
- 3+ years of industry experience (a nice to have).
- Experience selling Business Management and/or other solution based offerings requiring deep discovery and executive alignment.
- Ability to manage high velocity and high complexity deals in a Mid Market business environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations skills, Power point and software demonstrations.
- Proven ability to effectively Generate leads, nurture and convert new business.
- Proven success optimizing conversion of Marketing generated opportunities.
- You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully positioning solutions with executive alignment.
- Demonstrable history of above-target performance, especially in a startup environment.
- Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

Pay
The average base salary pay for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 USD. This position is eligible for commission.
Schedule
This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
