Account Executive - Los Angeles County
Job Description
Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Los Angeles County for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 3 days a week, non-field days are worked from home. A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation & Perks
- Year 1 OTE: $105,000 –$115,000
- Base Pay: $65,000
- Targeted Commissions: $40,000 + Uncapped Commission
- Your performance = your paycheck
- Total Package: Base Salary + Commissions + Monthly Car Allowance + mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.
Job Description
In addition to enhancing a pre-existing book of business, identify and develop new business opportunities using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM platforms
Engage with business leaders—including senior decision-makers—to understand their needs
Present Quadient’s solutions and support the full sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Build strong relationships that drive long-term business growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team-first attitude with a drive to succeed
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (3 days/week)
