About the role

The Sr. Life & Health Account Executive position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of life and health insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase sales and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and policies with clients
  • Provide educational guidance on life and health insurance products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance products and regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and client retention
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in healthcare or financial services industry preferred

Pay

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
