About the role
The Sr. Life & Health Account Executive position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of life and health insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase sales and retention
- Negotiate contracts and policies with clients
- Provide educational guidance on life and health insurance products
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of life and health insurance products and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven track record of increasing sales and client retention
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in healthcare or financial services industry preferred

Pay
- Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
