About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Prospect new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in life and health insurance products
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
