About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Prospect new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in life and health insurance products
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Schedule
