About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life and health insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage and close sales cycles effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and client communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
