About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life and health insurance sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage and close sales cycles effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passion for life and health insurance products and the ability to educate clients about them.
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
