About the role
We are seeking IT-minded sales professionals to join our team at Office1. With over 25 years of experience in the SMB space, we provide comprehensive office technology solutions and a unique SaaS-like engagement model. Our ideal candidate will help optimize our clients' and potential clients' network infrastructure and introduce them to Office1's range of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate IT services, printers, copiers, and office technology solutions that support business goals.
- Perform full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, closing, and ongoing account growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing additional Office1 solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, managers, and decision-makers.
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales, technology sales, copier/print sales, telecom, SaaS, IT services, or another relationship-based sales environment.
- Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.
- Motivated by a compensation structure that provides base salary stability with significant uncapped commission-based earning potential.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and develop long-term client relationships.
