Account Executive, Insurance Diligence & Private Equity Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Account Executive, Insurance Diligence & Private Equity Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role focuses on building and managing strategic client relationships across complex transaction-driven insurance engagements. The position will partner closely with internal account teams and coverage specialists to support renewals, placements, and advisory conversations for private equity clients. You will help shape client insurance strategies, coordinate service delivery, and drive business development efforts tied to M&A sponsor activity. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and manage key client relationships as the main contact during renewals Conduct stewardship meetings and strategic insurance reviews Coordinate with coverage lines for optimal service delivery Lead placement of transaction-related insurance products Negotiate terms and strategies for competitive placement Create pitches and support M&A sponsor sales Maintain and update client databases and research lead opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree State-specific Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong knowledge of commercial P&C insurance coverage lines 7-15 years of relevant work experience Deep broking expertise and network within private equity Benefits Opportunities for professional development and networking Access to industry events and private equity forums Engagement in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment Supportive team collaboration with Account Managers Ability to influence and shape client insurance strategies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
