The Tier 3 Account Executive III role is responsible for successfully renewing and expanding the Company’s products and services with a defined portfolio of existing accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, cross sell and upsell.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions through the development of strong, positive relationships with clients
- Maintain revenue stream through successful renewal of existing business and expand revenue stream through needs up-selling and cross-selling
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline and close business to meet and exceed annual objectives
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
- End-to-end accountability for driving the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes
- Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholder teams to increase retention rates
- Complete required D&B certifications
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years of client-facing experience in sales, sales coordination, account management, marketing, customer success, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to communicate the value proposition of multiple D&B solutions
- Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships and attaining or exceeding annual quota(s)
- Firm understanding of D&B commercial contracting formats, pricing and sales order management
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a detailed work plan with limited managerial oversight
- Sound business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
- Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
- Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
- Regular attendance in the office
